On September 4, 2011 we invited to a presentation of the "Fledermaus", an operatta by J. Strauss. Quite uncomplicated, in our logistic hall.
The operetta was performed by 8 soloists from all over Europe, a choir of 25 members and 11 musicians in an orchestra. Peppered with fresh points aiming on Markdorf or our company, the courageous actors made our audience laugh. And: Those who - after a short lesson in geography - were able to repeat the names of the 7 "Kurfirsten" (a mountain formation in Switzerland) was rewarded with an original Swiss candy. Handed over by the "Frog" himself, the drunken jailer - the actor of course a Swiss and self-appointed Swiss candy ambassador.
The roughly 250 guest thanked the motivated actors managed by the mezzo-soprano Isabell Marquardt with fulminating ovations. A great event that we will remember for quite a long time... it must not have been the last show in our logistics hall.
By the way: Instead of entrance fees we asked our guest for donations for a beneficial purpose.
